For us, your privacy is a very serious matter, so we take the most rigorous measures to protect your personal information. The information received will only be used to make the purchase correctly. If you register on our website we will keep in touch to send you information about discounts or promotions. We will not sell or share your information to anyone.

How can I know what my correct size is? Are the sizes small?

You can use our measurement chart as a reference to know what size you are in KC Bikinis. In case you need more advice, do not hesitate to contact us through the chat or by sending an email with your bust and hip contour measurements.

The sizes in our brand run normal based on Latin American standards, neither too big nor too small.

What happens if the product I bought does not fit me or if I don’t like it?

In case this happens, you have 15 days once you receive your order to make a change and you can only make changes for another size or style. We do not make money refunds so you should always make the exchange for another product.

To proceed you must send an email to with your name, order number and the reason why you want to change your product to help you in a personalized way, and then you must send the product to our headquarters.

Once we receive the product, we will contact you to coordinate the exchange.

All shipping costs due to exchanges must be paid by the customer.

We will only accept garments that are in perfect condition according to our criteria and with their original labels on.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

In KC Bikinis we have an excellent quality control, each piece is checked before leaving the workshop so we hope this never happens.

In case you have a problem, do not hesitate to contact us through our email with your name, order number and a photo of the damage to assess if it is a factory defect or was damaged during the Shipping.

Can I buy on the website and withdraw from the store?

Yes, but only in the San Pedro store, for this you have to indicate it in the shipping address.

We always enter the same merchandise to all physical stores, however, the exact availability of products may vary due to the level of sales, as well as in prints, designs and sizes.

Why don’t you have the same promotions and discounts in physical stores and on the web?

We try to apply the same promotions on both channels, but sometimes we can give a specific approach to a specific promotion.

Do you make custom or tailored swimsuits? Can you make me one of your styles in another color or size that is not available?
